Shipping Policy
All products are shipped in bubble wrapping to ensure the safety of the ceramic pieces. Shipping is less expensive in France. Certain pieces have a different shipping price depending on whether they are in the United States or France. There may be a delay in shipping depending on the country the item is being sipped to. The maximum shipping time should not exceed two weeks from purchase.
The items presented on this site were all made with care and will likewise be shipped with care. They mean as much to me as they hopefully will to you. Unfortunately I cannot control the handling of these shipments but I take all the precautions to make sure that my work is handled with care. Thankfully there have been no shipment problems thus far!
Return & Exchange Policy
All of the pieces are unique, so unfortunately they cannot be exchanged. RI do not accept returns either. So, if you have any questions about a piece before buying it, please reach out. I am happy to answer any and all questions that you may have. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order upon arrival, please reach out to speak about partial refunds.
